Since having to go dairy-free while nursing, I use a lot of coconut milk. And store bought canned or boxed stuff just isnât me. Why buy something overpriced and full of unnecessary ingredients when you can make it yourself?
So I make it myself. Itâs really pretty easy, but when Iâm done making it, Iâm left with a soggy mound of coconut meal. What do I do with that? Make coconut flour, of course! Pretty simple â and super cheap!
